❔  Do I need a Microsoft account to access the portal?

No. You can sign in using the email address your files were shared with. A one-time passcode will be sent to your email for secure access.

📁  What if I can’t locate. my project folder?

If you are unable to locate your files after logging in, please contact us and we will confirm your access permissions.

📤  Can I upload files to the portal?

Some project folders allow file uploads. If you need upload access, please contact our office and we can enable it for your project. 

🔐  Is my information secure? 

All project files are securely hosted within Microsoft 365 and are accessible only to authorized users.
